Problem with SECOND Z axis calibration through multicolor printing
Hi.
I have Prusa XL 2T with two nextruder. When I print separately alright. But when I print multicolor, for example black text (first nextruder) and grey plate around, second nozzle is too low i think, and filament don't extrude or extrude to thin and extruder break. HOW CAN I CALIBRATE ONLY SECOND Z AXIS/OFFSET through print multicolor?!!???! When I print separately in one color (from first OR second tool) all is OK. WTF?! I hate this printer!!! :/ How can people in this age of bamboo be harming themselves and buying Prusa products? Sorry, but I'm very frustrated with the constant problems with Prusa.
RE: Problem with SECOND Z axis calibration through multicolor printing
try doing full z ofset calibration and check if nozle is properly titend and the plate that the tool parks in the back of the printer you have a screw titen it with a lot of force it shoud help and alsow titen strongly the calibration pin when doing calibration. The single tool prints are ok becose of the calibration before the print when nozle tuching the bed sets the z ofset properly. Hope it helps.
RE: Problem with SECOND Z axis calibration through multicolor printing
but WHERE EXACTLY is this Z offset calibration? Can You send me any picture or tutorial? When I try calibration, is calibration whole dock, XY or whole calibration - I don't want calibration whole printer, it takes too much time and work... :/ and next probably something will be wrong :/ shiet... I want only calibrate Z OFFSET for 2nd tool - is it too much for Prusa product?!
