PA Nylon powder-coated sheet - filament doesn't come off
I've got the PA Nylon powded coated sheet, but am struggling removing bits of filament from the sheet, especially single-height layer, and the "nozzle cleaning" little spiky bobs.
Any advice for removal?
I've tried to print a "dummy" thicker part on top of those bobs, hoping it would bond to what's on the sheet, with little to no success.
Prusa recommended using IPA, but clean it well before next print (they confirmed that even after I pointed to their instructions not to use IPA. Apparently it might be residue that's the issue). This didn't help much either.
The residues are very small, so even very carefully scraping is near impossible.
The only other thing crossing my mind is either trying to melt the bobs (e.g. with a piece of metal between them and a soldering iron), but given the sheet is nylon-powder, that seems like a potential terrible idea.
Or a freezer and hope that somehow contraction/expansion helps?
Otherwise, how do you get the prusament PA11-CF to stick to the other sheets (e.g. the factory ones)?

There’s another issue you didn’t mention.. finding PA11-CF on stock in Prusa’s shop. This filament is more difficult to find than an honest politician.. LOL
In my case, I print PA11-CF on the nylon coated plate and never had any trouble with stuck residues. The filament always was easy to remove, even single layer parts. Usual procedures are enough : let cool down the sheet, flex it and voila. Sometimes I need to scrap small dots or lines of filament, but that’s always easy. I have no idea why you have these issues. Have you tried to clean the plate with hot water and a few drops of Dawn/Fairy before printing ?.
Prusa seems to be very confused if they advised you to use IPA. As you say, it’s clearly written on the plate (and the website) : never clean with IPA or other solvents, only water.
Printing PA11-CF on the other Prusa steel sheets is a bit tricky. Nylon and PEI beds don’t like each other. It’s mandatory to use some kind of adhesive. That works OK for small parts, not so much for bigger ones. An alternative would be garolite plates. I had one of these, custom made sticking a 0.5mm garolite sheet to a blank steel plate from Ali-Express. It was better than PEI plates but as soon as I get the PA powder coated from Prusa, I discarded the garolite.
