My two extruder motors are not moving
Hi there,
I just finished assembling and testing my new XL with 2 heads. When I try to load a filament, the sensors detect it, the head is heating but the extruder stepper does not move. I have the same problem on both Nextruders.
I checked the cables and none is pinched, unplugged and replugged them on the Nextruder and the dwarf board, went for a factory reset and applied the latest firmware (6.2.5+8912) ... still nothing. No error messages either.
I see issues with clogged filaments or other issues but never both extruders not spinning. Anyone had that issue ?

i know you said the cables arnt pinched but use a volt meter to check for continuity down each wire from end to end. just in case. its weird both dont spin

Thanks for the tip, I tried and all the cables are good. In the meantime, support replied and they will exchange the dwarf board.
That was my diagnosis too, hope it works.
