Issues on my 5 head XL. Would love some help.

So, I have a 5-tool XL, and got it in February of this year. I have had no problems since then, up until I got the Prusa XL enclosure about a month ago. The enclosure was fine, and I only have 1 issue with it (I will explain later). However, when I got the enclosure, I also got one of the ObXidian nozzles (this was before they came out with the high flow versions). Replacing the nozzle was easy to replace, but I was a little scared that I tightened the screw that holds the nozzle a little too hard. However, I took it out and checked it and it looked fine. I started printing stuff right away, and it seemed fine. Then, after a few prints it started to make a loud "thunk" noise over and over again and then the stuck filament sensor went off. I adjusted the tension on the nextruder and that seemed to fix the thunking, but the sensor was still saying that filament was stuck. It seemed like every 15-60 minutes it would get "stuck" even though there is nothing wrong when I open the idler. Occasionally it would make the thunking sound, but mostly it just kept getting "stuck". For about 2 weeks I have been using other heads to do my prints, but I want to start using the ObXidian nozzle again. I could just turn off stuck filament detection, but I am scared that the filament might actually get stuck and my print would fail. I also noticed that it works completely fine some days but is awful another day. Any suggestions on how to fix this? It could be the humidity getting to my filament, as I printed a benchy yesterday, and it printed flawlessly without issues. 

My only complaint with the enclosure is that the fan sometimes stops spinning. It's not a big deal, I usually print with PLA and PETG, but if it keeps failing I'll open a support case. For now I just unplug it and plug it back in and it works.

I would appreciate any help that you guys can provide.

I recently had a stuck filament sensor problem with my old stand-by white PLA, stuff I've used for a while, new .4 mm prusa nozzles.  I had to up the temp 5 degrees, and everything working great.  Before temp change, I hung around until I heard the extruder gear give an audible click, like the gear was skipped on the filament, it only happens once before the sensor goes off.  I didn't even know I could change the tension of the nextruder ! so, thanks for that.

I haven't had this problem but extrapolating from a situation I found elsewhere - make sure the filament path to the tube at the side sensors is as straight as possible and, with both ends removed, blow through the tube (not your own breath, that's moist) to shift any dust or fluff.

So it seems that the issues resolved itself on the obXidian head (head 1) but now head 5 is doing the same thing! I will try the +5 degrees thing but I don't know if that will work for head 5. (With a little bit of tinkering head 1 did benefit from slightly higher temps)

Also, recently my bed leveling test has failed many times and it looks like the bed is trying to move up farther than it can. Since it pushes up, the nozzle pushes into my prints, and that causes a ton of problems. I have tried running many calibrations, but it still says that the bed is not level. 

Any more help on these issues would be great, the suggestions are helpful, and I really appreciate it.

FWIW, I had some similar problems and they resolved when I started running direct from a dryer that prevents the filament from ever getting wet.  Dry filament seems to solve a lot of problems.
