Input Shaper calibration: Frequency is too low. Please tighten the belt.

I have been trying to calibrate Input Shaper after doing some mods (I'm guessing the problem here is replacing all of the Bowden tubes with 6mm OD) and receiving the error in the subject. Using the belt tuning tool I have tightened the belt way past what it suggests (I think the belt tuner reported I had it up to 120Hz when 80Hz is the desired value).

I'm not really comfortable just tightening the belts even more at this point.

At the 120Hz tightness reported by the belt tuning tool, my Input Shaper frequency was 34Hz, but the minimum allowed by the firmware is 35Hz.

At dead-on 80Hz tightness, the input Shaper frequency is 32Hz.

When I first tuned the Input Shaper out of the box with 100% stock configuration, it was 35Hz which is right at the allowed lower limit.

So, I guess my question is, what to do? Should I build custom firmware with a lower frequency limit? Is there some reason not to do that?

BTW the documentation for custom firmware is awful. I had to build a custom firmware already just to be able to tell me what frequency it found.
