I started a multicolor print but 9 minutes into the print got "Crash Detected Toolchanger problem has been detected. Park all tool to docks and leave the carriage free." error

 I started a multicolor print but the printer crashed 9 minutes into the job. "Crash Detected Toolchanger problem has been detected. Park all tool to docks and leave the carriage free." I did notice that head 2 was flashing yellow and wasn't connected magnetically to the dock so I pushed it up to the dock. The light turned green, but on the LCD screen T2 continued swirling, it didnt become a green check mark like the other heads. In Prusa Connect pressing continue didn't work or do anything. In the end I had to power off the printer.

I haven't restarted the print yet but I will to see if it works or if I get the same error.

Any suggestions?

Brand new printer-

Heads 1-5 printed simple test prints last week.

Yesterday printed a 2 color model using heads 1 and 2. Printer worked fine.

This morning LCD screen went blank after boot. I finally got that working late this afternoon so I went to start a 5 color print. I loaded all the filament and the print started ok but crashed.This seems like a lot of problems for a brand new printer.

Brand new printer has not been impressive so far!
