How to open multi-tool idler?
In case of a blocked extruder, one of the solutions that Prusa recommends is to "open the idler" to see if filament has reached the extruder gear. How is that done? I checked the 1.03 XL manual, this forum, Prusa help and Youtube and couldn't find the process documented anywhere.

Anyone? Or am I just being stupidly illogical and not seeing something obvious...
RE: How to open multi-tool idler?
I'm guessing you are talking about the extruder gear? Looking from the front of the extruder, the is a clip that is in the down position. That clip pivots up. Once you flip that clip up, the door opens toward you exposing the extruder teeth for the filament. Hope that helps.

Thanks - that tipped me off on what to look for. It was a bit hard to unclip, which is what threw me at first.

Thank you very much! I hadn't realized how easily those things opened up and was preparing to fully disassemble the entire extruder.
