Homing conflict.
I have aborted a print using the "Pause" feature; followed by "Stop" and "Home" The Print Head retreats to the back/left corner, still retaining the current extruder (3 in this case). Upon a fresh (new) start of the print the Extruder attempts to "home" and clashes with Extruder 1. I am running Prusa 6.2.0

Thankfully I haven't had to experience this myself but it sure sounds like a firmware bug so you might want to open a ticket on their Github site https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-Buddy/issues
Formerly known on this forum as @fuchsr -- until all hell broke loose with the forum software...
