Getting aligned bodies from Fusion into Prusaslicer

I know I can paint different colours in Prusaslicer, but I would really like to create models in Fusion 360 which have separate bodies or components to represent the different colours.  I've been trying to work out how to bring these bodies into Prusaslicer and preserve the same alignment. In Fusion 360 I've been using the Save as Mesh command to export multiple .STLs, but when I import these into Prusaslicer everything is in the centre of the bed.

Is there a way to fix things so that the bodies come into Prusaslicer already aligned?

Export from Fusion as a .3mf then import into prusaslicer and when it asks if you want to retain alignment (or whatever), indicate yes.
