first layer, object non sticking
Hello all.
Had issues on several prints. Objects releasing while printing with PLA on the left side of the bed.
Allready washed the bed-plate with a soft soap and warm water to clean it.
Cleaned nozzles from all residue regulary (but notice the nozzle gets dirty quickley by the oozing filament on standstill-moments).
I must admit I did not mount the silicone sock on both my nozzles.
I can prevent this when using 3D-lac ... but that's not an ideal solution and leaves some visible residue when printing black objects.
The objects releases from the bed if they are small, or warps on the corners when the object has a big surface.
On my trusted MK3S I could adapt by tinkering with Z-level, but how do I manage this with the XL?
RE: first layer, object non sticking
Probably not your issue but in recent trouble shooting I noticed that I needed to print at the higher end of the temperature options for some filaments. Have you tried to up the temp a little? Maybe 5 or 10 degrees?
