Extruder stop working (T1)

Hello…

For some reason the toolhead on T1 stop extruding after 5-10 min. The toolhead keep moving normal but not extruding

I swap toolhead 1 to T2 and works well.. now the toolhead 2 on T1 its failing.

So, at this point we know position 1 (T1) its the problem.

I saw some other people having the same issue and no way to fix it.

Prusa support its working on it, bot nothing so far.

Here is a video....

No video ...

Check the bowden tube is not clogged with dust or residue carried in on the filament.

Cheerio,

Since you've ruled out the extruder as the problem I guess the next step would be to check if the T1 wire loom is the problem, or if its something on the electronics board that controls T1. I'd swap the T1 connection in the electronics box with T2 and then check if the issue follows the wireloom or if the issue stays with the extruder connected to the T1 connection on the electronics board.

The flickering tool light seems like an issue too.

I swap the T1 cable to T2 and now Toolhead on T2 start failing...  definitively the wiring is the issue...

Couple of spare wiring are flying now to replace it and test again.

Will keep posting any news !
