Dock-Position calibration doesn´t work

Hi, maybe one of you has a solution.

As I wrote 2 days ago, the X/Y position fails during every print.

https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-xl-tool-changer-hardware-firmware-and-software-help/faild-printbed-location-during-print/#post-723602

I have already tried various settings in the Slicer, and various firmware versions including the new alpha. Then I wanted to start the whole calibration process, but at the dock-position calibration the program fails all the time. After positioning the mover on the printhead of dock1 and closing it manually, the printhead drives to the front as should, but then and an error message appears.

Error: Dock position out of bound

Code: #17102

The printer restarts and the calibration is cancelled. I have tried several times, each time the same, error message and cancellation.

Does any one have an idea? I also sent an email to Prusa yesterday, but have not received a reply yet.

UPDATE:

I think I have found the problem, the belt routing is not correct. I will re-tension the belt tomorrow.

Lousy quality of belt holders - also tighten belt ends in head holder. And belts are probably too thin for their length and twisting a bit. On pulleys travelling up and down and if there is long fast travels between points can jump out a bit and collapse is here. Maybe also badly aligned pulleys and not chamfered side restraints cause it.

Disappointment from XL is on the place.
