Do all 5 heads run all the time?

Doing a few first test prints with one color. I have stealth mode enabled. It seems like hotend fans from unused extruder are all on making more noise than anything else. Are all the extruder on everything you print even if they're not needed?

Select 'Cooldown' before printing. Do all the heads run now?
