Cad Design for the Bed Frame Please?

Hi,
I'm part of the Manchester hackspace and we've currently got a Prusa XL.
As several others here have mentioned we've suffered with deflection of the aluminium frame that supports the bed, from underneath.
Maybe it's flat when it leaves the factory maybe the heat causes it to spring into a different shape I'm not sure.
I think we've managed to compensate for it with some tweaking to get it down to about 1mm or more deflection in the middle of the bed (you can see the light under a ruler when putting it across the bed so its sort of a bowl shape), but we've already had it sent back a couple of times already I think for something else.

Ideally what I'd like to do is use the CNC we have here to just machine a new very very flat bed frame
Would it be possible for Prusa to please open source this particular part, or make the design for it available?
(not the whole machine just this one part)

We could remove it from the machine to cad it up, but that would be bit of a hassle.

This is a user to user forum.  All such requests should go to Prusa's github.

Cheerio,

We've managed to gather some bed probing mesh data using G29
I've put the details on how to do it here https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-xl-tool-changer-hardware-firmware-and-software-help/remove-the-warped-bow-in-heat-bed/#post-725261

We're currently looking into it with Prusa at the moment since we've now got some data,
