Build play at an angle after leaving something on base

I have made a big mistake. I left something under the build plate overnight without realising now the bill Plate is at a funny angle whatever I try. I can’t get it straight. I tried the calibration for the Z but it just said there was an error does anybody know how I can get this straight again please?

thanks

First check there is nothing stuck to either the build sheet or the print bed.

Next, is either curved/bent?  Place a straightedge across and check.

If anything else - a picture might help us understand.

Cheerio,

Sorted now, I did post this later .......

I recently left something under the print bed of my 5T XL, no amount of configuring would put it straight, so I contacted PRUSA team.

Turned out to be really easy, press the control knob on the printer screen for 5 seconds, then let go, you are given an option to raise or lower the bed, if you lower it to the very bottom, and keep going once one side is down, it will lower the other side to match, easy, never knew this.

Hope this is of help to others
