Bent cheeseboard locator pin
Well this has been a very disappointing experience, and the latest issue is to do with TH1.
It has been randomly crashing during tool changes, despite being set up by the book (and screen). It was ok for a while and then degraded rapidly. The nozzle seal and tool station are both set up correctly and there is no play on the dock.
I have noticed it has become increasingly louder to a point where it made a rather loud clunk and now it has started failing on TH1 changes.
Upon inspection, I can see that the lower cheesboard pin that locates into the tool station is bent. I have managed to bend it back into position for now, but will be contacting CS for a new board, as it looks like the pin isn't a spare part. There is no way I am dropping over £70 for a faulty part on a new £3.5k printer out of my own pocket.
Has anyone seen/had this issue?
