Bed Leveling Failed [probing back-right corner]

I discovered today that my XL 5-tool is failing when bed leveling when it probes the far back-right corner of the build plate.  As the XL only probes the areas it needs for the print, and this may be the first print in a while I've printed that uses the entire build plate, I don't know if this is a new 'breakage', or if it may have been since May when I upgraded the firmware.

When printing / reprinting jobs that do not extend to the far-right corner, bed leveling completes and the print runs as expected.

When probing the back-right corner, there is an audible 'buzz' on the last probe before failure.  I've attached a video for a visual reference.

Also, I've tried with 2 different extruders and 2 different build plates.

Since my luck with attaching videos is poor, I'm also linking the same video here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18vF2PTdeLIsEE7-SeNRCI90OuAgCknHF/view?usp=sharing

Any insight is appreciated!

Looks like your bed is crooked with the left side being higher than the right side.

Thanks for the observation!  It was indeed off by nearly 3mm right-to-left.  I leveled it out, but unfortunately, that did not resolve the issue.  Probing fails in the same corner again.

As I mentioned, and the part that I find odd, is if my print ends just about 60mm from the back edge, even going all the way to the right, the leveling doesn't fail, and the print is successful.

Physically leveling the bed, no doubt, was a good thing to do, but it's as if the corner of the heat bed isn't where the printer expects it to be.  I placed a straight-edge front-to-back, side-to-side and on both diagonals, and don't see any deflection.  Did this with both the build plate on and with it off.

In case anyone else runs into a similar issue, I appear to have mine resolved.  I went thru a fair amount of mechanical troubleshooting, without finding a physical reason for the failures, so I turned to logic issues.  The simplest step was to re-flash the firmware, which I did, and it resolved the problem.  I didn't upgrade, because the only upgrade was an alpha, and I'm a little risk-averse, so I wanted to avoid that.  Simply re-flashed to 6.2.5 which was already on there and it fixed it.  [at least for now].  If the problem comes back, I'll add to this thread.
