Auto-Retract Inconsistent with 5T XL Firmware 6.4.0

After installing firmware 6.4.0, I am learning to like the auto-retraction feature. However, I have noticed on my 5T Prusa XL that it seems inconsistent with toolheads at the end of a print. For example, I did a three-color print setting the slicer to use tools 1, 2, 3. On the printer I changed them to 2, 3, and 5. At the end of the print, tools 2 and 5 must have auto-retracted since I did not need to heat it to unload the filament, but tool 3 did need heating to unload.

Overall, it seems that the auto-retraction is helping prevent drips during probing. Also, I really like the idea of being able to unload all of the filaments without having to heat it up, once it gets working properly.

Update: While chatting with Prusa tech support about a separate issue, I mentioned the auto-retracting inconsistency I described in this post. The support representative wrote, "The retraction situations have been taken into account by the dev team, so it will be improved in the next firmware versions."
