What do I need to also buy to match X1C features?
All,
I am looking at upgrading to Prusa XL from a Bambu X1C. The X1C was my first printer and I’m not used to the hobbyist build side of printing. What types of features do I need to but either Prusa add-ons or 3d party mods?
Examples:
- I know I need the Prusa XL enclosure.
- Is auto leveling something I need an addon for or is built in good enough? Octo Print? Etc?

Sure? PLA and PETG print fine without. ABS, ASA and higher temperature filaments do benefit from an enclosure.

Built-in levelling works well as long as the filament is dry.
Octo Print? Etc?
Perhaps, or one of Prusa's own software solutions but the slicer and printer are also perfectly useable stand-alone without any network connections.

I have an XL and it is enclosed. I used the Sumo enclosure.
You could also buy a Core One. There is a wait list for that one.
