Terrible print quality on supported surfaces.

Hello community,

I have very little experience in 3D printing. Could anyone help me find a solution? I have a Prusa XL 2T with an original 0.4 nozzle. I tried to print a part with several shapes at different angles using Prusament PLA, sliced with PrusaSlicer. Surfaces with steep angles print smoothly, but surfaces with flat angles, where supports are necessary, turn out "bumpy."

The printing sounds during these supported surfaces are like riding a shopping cart on an ancient paved road. Mechanically, the printer seems fine; nothing is loose.

What could be causing this issue?PrXL_printing_Qlty
