Are we still trolling?

Yes, I ran 6 13 hour prints (same parts 6x) over the past week  that used 2 tools 1 for PETG and 1 for TPU in the same print, so about 50 tool changes per print and they all came out perfect.

One person's problems are not indicative of every printer.

Anything else?

Oh, well as long as yours works, whenever anyone else has an issue, they're trolling.

Then I recommend for the future to present problem in a way actually asking for help.  When you just post to bash, that's just trolling.

Yesterday, I successfully completed another 9-hour print with PCCF using 6.2.6, even at a chamber temperature of 53 degrees.

You can add your case to the other cases: https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-Buddy/issues

Thank you.

Ah, I see, you are the arbiter of appropriate discussion and the one who gets to decide whether complaining rises to the level of trolling. Thanks for letting us know your opinions, bud!

I'm all for long-lasting technology. I still regularly see MK3s being sold on second hand markets here in Sweden (and that makes me happy). However, this thread is a little ridiculous in my opinion. Additive manufacturing is still a new technology that's seeing massive rapid advancements every year. What would you rather Prusa did, just not develop new technology so some people don't feel like they have older tech? If you purchase a piece of tech in a rapidly advancing field, like additive manufacturing, you must also expect that the tech you purchased (regardless of which company produced it) won't be the cutting edge, most modern tech in the field forever.

If you don't want your tech to be outdated within a few years, you cannot purchase tech in a rapidly advanced field. There's not really any way around it.

You can even enjoy older tech in a rapidly advancing field. I purchased a Prusa Mini second hand a few months ago. Restoring and fixing that old printer makes me happy.

RE:

Quick note, I posted this on other forum posts, but its big enough a deal that maybe it'll be helpful to people that come to this post.

I had a bad screaming noise coming out of my toolheads, that gradually built up after going to 6.4.0, I ended up replacing all the rails and pulleys with Prusa support's help, none of this helped with the noise.

Finally, I also tried downgrading the firmware, and the noise went away.

I had done a full format and recalibrated everything on 6.4.0, didn't help, but after downgrading to 6.2.6, the Prusa is silent again. This is too bad though, because 6.4.0 did fix a random tool crash issue.

I've attached videos as examples, I'll probably post this on another forum discussion with a similar issue as well. I have no idea why the firmware would cause a rattling/buzzing/screaming noise in the toolheads. Lots of potential in this machine, I'm not giving up hope.
