Extruder stops extruding mid print.
I'm using ASA filament. It seems to stop extruding, with no detection, at any point of the print. I have been printing almost lights out for 6 months. I'm thinking 20 roles of filament between both heads 1 and 2.

I just had the same problem with ASA on all 5 extruders, all of a sudden nothing works, Did some research and found out the Idler arm on the extruder is made from PETG and that they deform over time. In my case it was obvious because the Idler Nut literally was against the extruder housing so the adjuster spring tension regardless of setting was doing nothing.
I downloaded the Idler Lever, Idler arms, and Idler Nut from Printables (stl files). On my Mark 4 printer I made ASA-Carbon parts with a 0.4mm nozzle and .02 layer height, wow they came out amazing.
Just installed the parts tonight and started printing an ASA large part about 4 hours ago. So far so good. With the filament in the extruder, there is at least 0.060 inch clearance and tension on the Idler Nut with spring tension. This definitely was a problem, hopefully this fixed my issue.
