Mate, it’s been a while since the problem was reported, and it hasn’t been resolved yet? I’m sorry to hear that. Please keep us posted, and hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Waiting on parts, hopefully be here in a week through customs, etc. After giving support the correct shipping address three times it was still sent to the wrong address. Caught it in time and the redirected. This was after I wondered why my parts hadn't been shipped and found out because it was a new address compared to where the printer had been sent they just sat on it. I was never contacted! Ugh..... this whole experience the last five months has me looking at other options for our next expansion. I'll admit when it ran occasionally, it was the best thing for our purposes I can imagine but the support has been very dissatisfying. I hope it fixes things if not it's quits for us I think. Been researching other options.
