RE: 6.4.1 Stable firmware for Prusa XL

I upgraded my printer from 2-5 toolheads and applied 6.4.1 at the same time. I had issues with fan calibrations failing, but removing the shrouds got it to pass. After that, the printer has been faster and quieter than it was previously.

I keep reading that only the XL models with five toolheads have the issue with the fan shrouds. I installed the original fan shrouds and got through the calibration with version 6.4.1 without any problems.

I also didn’t experience the stop signal during a print abort, which caused a tool crash for some users.

Sometimes I wonder why that is and why some users seem to have gotten nothing but "defective units."

I actually did also have this issue when I was on a two-head unit. I can't remember how I got the test to pass way back then, but this has been nothing new for me.

I've heard that this is possibly correlated with altitude. I'm at 4600 feet (1400 meters), so I'm definitely at a higher elevation than most users.

no go on 6.4.1

had to revert to 6.2.6

the bed level bug makes it impossible for prints that need more then 25% of the bed area.

revert the bed leveling to 6.2.6 and try and leave the other fixes.

Same for me. in 6.4.1 bed levelling is just one big bug/failure. Rolling back to 6.2.6 fixed issue.

Prusa, what is going on, can we still rely?
