2nd Extruder Keeps Cleaning Before Prints
My XL didn't used to do this but now before every 2T print, the 2nd extruder goes through a nozzle cleaning. This wouldn't be a problem except that it does so in the middle of the build plate rather than on the edge and will do so even with TPU. For some parts, I need to use the smooth PEI for the base part of the model (which is PLA) and only use TPU for parts that never touch the build plate. I also don't need a clean nozzle since the wipe tower handles that and if it needs to be done before calibration, I can easily just do that via pre-heat and manually. Though I haven't had to do that previously.
Not only that, but when it goes to measure the bed, it oddly seems to be using the 2nd tool here also, placing even more dots all over my build plate which are incredibly hard to remove.
This was all working great until something changed, but I don't know what it could have been. It doesn't seem to be Prusa Slicer 2.9, I haven't updated firmware (it's the latest) and whatever it is, it doesn't seem to be done via multiple GCODE commands but seems to be internal. I can't find an option in the menu for this either.
This doesn't happen for single tool prints, just multi-tool. Has anyone experienced this before? I've raised the issue with Prusa but it's been a few days now and I haven't heard back so thought I would ask here.

Looks to be related to the "Prime all printing extruders". While I don't remember setting that in the print settings, that appears to kick off the nozzle cleaning process. Unchecking this, at least for the one print I've done so far, skips the nozzle cleaning process and thus doesn't drop a bunch of nearly impossible to remove TPU blobs onto the smooth PEI sheet. So I think I've got it solved!
