Strange issues on prints

Hello, I have been trying to figure out why my printer keeps having these rough sections on my prints. They only ever appear on the lower half of an object like a sphere and only facing towards the front of the printer and not the upper half or things facing towards the rear of the printer. I have attached some pics. The homing tower prints with no issues and I have checked belt tensions which seem fine, so I dont think its a belt tension thing, but Im not sure. Any thoughts?

It's a combination of extreme overhang and the direction of cooling airflow.

Although the printer can manage steeper overhangs, beyond about 45° the new outer layers have very little to support them as they cool and so have a tendency to sag raggedly - it always looks worse in areas where the cooling fan's airflow is obstructed.

The usual recourse it to rotate or invert the print so that curves are supported by lower layers - or to redesign with chamfers instead of fillets.

Cheerio,
