Puppy MODULAR_BED not responding

With my XL printer i receive on each start the message (Puppy MODULAR_BED not responding) with error 17514

I've done a lot to fix them, new buddy-, splitter- and sandwich-board and new bed-board, including newest firmware.

Since month's i'm looking for a solution.

Has anyone ideas about.
