Prusa XL Dual Head - Second Head Z-Axis issues
Hello.
Got my XL dual head last week. I am able to print single head just fine. However, when I started to print with two heads (both ESun PLA+) I had issues. So, I printed the Manual Calibration that comes with and the 2nd head does not stick to the bed. Clearly the z-offset is off or there is a problem. So, I swapped the filament (just to make sure my filament was not bad) and then the color that was messed up before, is now fine.
I then re-ran the calibration with the pin hoping that would help it. It did not. Any ideas?

I'm having a similar issue. I haven't had any issues with my second extruder, then on a print I noticed the perimeters and first layer infill weren't meeting well. I try a bunch of different settings with filament, but no luck. I tried printing again and it was actually worse when I went back to the original settings. I ran the calibration with the pin, but it didn't fix it - still horrible.
I went back and ONLY printed with the second extruder and the print was great. So if it does the bed calibration with the second extruder it is fine, but if it does it with the first, then the second isn't working. Can't figure out how to solve it.

I ran it with the pin (calibration) again... and that fixed it. Not sure what went wrong, nozzles looked clean, but it now is back to printing both great.

Did you run the calibration with the textured or satin sheet? I have a suspicion that the textured sheet introduces a bit of bias.
