Print head selection error, not the right head (XL 2 heads)

When I choose head no. 1 to print a part, and it is head 2 which is on the carriage, the printer does not select head 1...

The problem is the same if it's the other way around!!

On the other hand, if I print a piece in 2 colors, no problem

What to do ??

Thanks

Alain

On the MMU, the printer unloads the filament at the normal end of a print, if the filament is not unloaded due to a failure, the printer asks to unload before starting next print. Is it the same with the Multitool printer? Park heads at end of print, automatically, manually instruct to park heads, if not already parked? then start new print

The wire is not unloaded at the end of printing, just the used extrudeur remains on the carriage. In prusasclicer there are the options (see image) If we choose "default" the selected extrudeur will be used, but if we choose "extruder 2" it should be used. which is not the case at all
