Nozzle Heater Test fails on Toolhead 3 and 4 sometimes
Nozzle Heater Test/Preparing and Heater testing can fail on 3 & 4, especially when all five nozzles start cold. Should I be concerned? Or is this just a firmware bug?
Thanks, JT

BYW, using fw 5.1.0-alpha2

Have you tried the latest release firmware? Based on a few recommendations I got, when my XL5T arrived this week, I did the hardware assembly and then immediately flashed the latest firmware. Everything went smooth and easy, with the only exception being the fan test which I had to run twice, but that took only 10 seconds or so.

I have been getting intermittent heater test fails, its especially difficult with 5 heads they all must be retested if one fails, then one passes and another fails. I thought it was hardware, replaced some of the thermistors and even full hotends, still getting intermittent problems. I have not found a solution, but I have wasted a fair amount of time and money change thermistors.

I see this intermittent failure on my 5 head XL as well. An immediate repeated test will pass. I have seen this on 6.1.3 as well as the current 6.2.0 alpha 2. Do others see this? Any resolution?
