Filament Sensors Disabling during Calibration Repeatedly

I've gotten the printer to print using all five heads. Print quality is decent, but every single print alerts me that I have not finished calibrations. The issue is the filament sensor calibrations on multiple heads. Each head calibrates just fine, but when I calibrate one head, another already calibrated head will become disabled and uncalibrated. I've found others with this error and the most popular recommendation is to calibrate the heads in reverse order, starting with five and then moving back to one. That has not worked.

So, it looks like this:

Head 1 - Calibrated

Head 2 - Calibrated

Head 3 - Uncalibrated

Head 4 - Calibrated

Head 5 - Calibrated

---

When I calibrate Head 3, Head 4 becomes uncalibrated. When I calibrate Head 4, Heads 3 and 5 become uncalibrated. When I calibrate Head 5, Head 3 and 4 become uncalibrated. I've chased this circle four times now and the best I can get is four out of five calibrated. One tip I did figure out is that it goes a whole lot faster if you disconnect the tube from the head and insert the filament directly into the head instead of pushing a meter of filament through the tube every time. Perhaps that is causing an issue I'm unaware of?

Is there a way to just tell the printer it's calibrated so I don't continue to get the warning before every print? Or is this like the Fan Lottery Calibration where you simply need to run the calibration over and over until you luck into everything staying and then leave it all alone? The fans took more than two hours of repeated trial and error, removing shrouds, touching the fans, and printing new uncracked shrouds until I hit all ten sensors passing.
