Bed leveling failed in top left corner of bed

I'm trying to print the first layer test print on the included USB drive. For some reason, it cannot probe in the top left corner of the bed. I've printed a few things already to test where the probing fails. It seems to always be in the top left corner. Otherwise, the first layer is generally fine. I've provided a YouTube link to the probing procedure. It does seem to touch the bed and should be probing correctly. I've already retested the sensor and recalibrated the nozzle offsets with the pin. And I've redone the screws as detailed in the guide on first prints, but it is still happening, in fact, nothing seems to have changed.

Have you put a level and a straight edge on the heatbed? It could be your heat bed is twisted or bent to the point that the software can't compensate. Sounds like a warranty claim. Good luck!

Did a live chat and managed to figure it out. What was happening was that the tile was a bit too tight and thus a bit too low. Got it sorted out and it's now working as intended!

I have a slight bow in my bed and was wondering how to take it out. Do the tiles adjust in height? I'd like to flatten my bed and if the tiles can be adjusted, that would be the perfect method.
