Terrible Print Quality on Semi Assembled dual head

The attached photos clearly demonstrate the issues we're experiencing.

Since day one, we've encountered consistent problems with the printer, and despite reaching out to technical support, no progress has been made. The responses received have repeatedly suggested that the issue lies with the file, but every file results in the same outcome, except for the layer-shifting tower used for the belt test. The prints consistently show globbed layer lines and a significant lack of detail compared to the MK4s. These issues are present on both printers, with identical problems occurring on each.

While we did identify that the belts were excessively overtightened from the factory and resolved this, the print quality remains unchanged.

The examples provided were printed with default settings (.15mm layer height, 15% infill, using Jessie PLA) in a climate-controlled environment with stable temperature and low humidity. Although I don't have a direct comparison of the same part printed on the MK4s in these images, the quality difference is substantial. Frankly, I've seen poorly maintained Enders produce better results.

Is this the expected performance for the XL model?
