Ways to avoid post print dribbling?

I'm having an issue with the 2T when printing PLA where, at the end of the model, it's slow to move the print head away from the model. This creates an unsightly line on the print as there is slight stringing. I don't get any stringing during the problem so that doesn't seem to be a problem, but just the same I tried printing at a low temp and still got that right at the end of the print.

I'm trying a test print now that adds a G0 X0 Y0 to the end print g-code before it does anything else in hopes it moves the nozzle away without dribbling plastic over tne top.

I'm curious if anyone has any other thoughts?

Update, adding the G0 X0 Y0 didn't actually seem to do much. Same results though I managed to watch it as it finished and sure enough it whips across the surface of my model rather fast, similar to a print move as the last part of the print (before the G0 would trigger). It looks like maybe it's not retracting when it should is my guess because I don't have any stringing or dribbles while it's printing.
