Problem at the front and problem with the print on the back
Hello,
I have a problem with my SL1 (home made with the latest firmware). The print on the front part of the printer remains stuck inside the tank, while the one the back came good but, I print with support but the first part of the print is not flat, it is bend like on the picure, but the top part is perfectly flat (picture).
Do you have any idea ?

Congratulations on making your own SL1. Did you end up machining all the parts yourself?
If I understand you correctly, you made two prints. The one at the front stuck to the FEP rather than the print bed, whilst the one at the back stuck to the print bed rather than the FEP? If so, then what you need to do is make the print bed stickier than the FEP. To make the print bed stickier, try sanding it with fine sandpaper, or use Monocure3D Platebond. I use Monocure3d Tuf, which is a urethane based resin. It sticks to the print bed so tightly I have to hammer it off using a tack hammer and putty knife. The FEP seems to become less sticky through use, so try printing a second time and you may find this problem resolves itself. I've found that if I clean the FEP it becomes more sticky.
In my last conversation with Monocure3d, they told me that a tighter FEP aids in separation of the print, because a looser FEP will tend to bow toward the print bed as the print bed is moved away from it. This problem becomes more noticeable on larger format resin 3D printers because they have larger FEPs. They also said reducing layer cure time may help counter-intuitively. I forget why they said that, but should ask them next time.
Where you say " the first part of the print is not flat, it is bend like on the picure, but the top part is perfectly flat (picture)" I'm interpreting this to mean that your print partially peeled off the print bed and so it is not flat, whereas the side nearest the FEP is flat. Making the print bed stickier should resolve this problem. Also, each layer contracts as it cures, so if you have large variations in surface area of adjacent layers, you will have sideways forces on each layer that you won't have if all layers have the same surface area. Try printing something with a base that has the same shape for each layer (say the first cm in z height) and see what happens. I print directly on the print bed without supports, and get solid prints with a flat base, and no puckering from supports.

I rerun calibration and tightened the cantilever harder than before and it becames good for this print, the bottom part of my piece became flat.
