Missing line on refill for big prints
I have successfully printed many little things. I am now trying to print bigger cases in Prusa Rich Black tough and Orange. The issue I have is that each time I pause the printer for a top up of resin, there is a missing line in the print.
At 0.05 it is usually OK and will keep on going anyway, the line is still missing and visible.
When printing fast 0.1 I often have a separation. and a failed print
Same issue with 0.025 etc ...
My work around is to set a slower mode before the refill around 6sec exposure and a long peel time 10 seconds.
The line is still ugly and missing but it will finish the print. I was tempted to disable the switch and refill with goggles.
I did preheat my resin, shook it well increasing my chance of success.
All the prints that can simply print in a single go are as good as they get.
Is it possible that there is a missing counter step +1 / -1 in the refill procedure ?
