Horrible PRINT QUALITY
What's this? Those lines, those scars, those holes. The printer is a PRUSA SL1, printed in HIGH DETAIL with prusa slicer stock settings
-Brand new Prusa anthracite resin GREY
-Brand new resin tank
-Brand new FEP, the one that came assembled with the tank

Looks like pixel defects. How old is your screen? Have you run the screen test?
Maybe it is time for the SL1S upgrade.
