detaches from supports / missing parts / delamination

The most right is the latest try.

I saw my fault in the two left tries and optimized the support positions.

My last try should definitely be printable. Still, I have those errors.

Because the supports looked weak and soft I already made the supports and contact points bigger. Otherwise, I used the default settings and the Prusa resin.

Would you recommend raising the exposure time (7.5s)? If yes, how much?

PS: To respect the license: Here is the original model.

I've set the exposure time to 8.5s. This works way better.

The angel's lower sword shows that the tilt mechanism can bend narrow elements. So when slicing we have to think of the tilt direction and place additional supports.

Also, what are you cleaning the FEP with? Looks like your prints are sticking too much to it.

Soap and water. That's what the handbook recommended.

@lichtjaeger

Was it the combination of longer exposure time and increase of the supports and contact, or just the exposure time. All of my prints have failed due to the model not adhering to the support structures. And it has been frustrating to say the least.

After raising the exposure time I could use default supports. If you have the right exposure time and your models still detach from your supports, you might need more supports.

@lichtjaeger

I upped the exposure time and added a bunch of supports. Finally got a print that didn't come off the supports while printing. Thank you
