0.1 mm settings for Grey Tough
I notice most of the Prusa resins have 0.05mm and 0.1mm settings. I want to print Yoda (in Grey, obviously!) but it appears the latest version of Prusa Slicer doesn't have a Grey preset for 0.1mm, only for 0.05mm. I thought I could just use the orange preset, but looking at the 0.05mm settings, gray exposes a bit longer than orange (8.5 vs 7.5), and orange is 13 second exposure for 0.1. I could extrapolate, but the absence of grey might indicate it doesn't work well with thicker layers. Or they just haven't gotten around to trying.
Any data? Any suggested settings for Grey 0.1mm?
One useful thing from digging here: I gained more insight into the layer-height <=> print time correlation. It seems like the thicker "draft" layer height would be faster [# of layers * (exposure time + peel time)], lower # of layers, faster, profit! However, poking into their settings, the exposure time is almost double for the thicker layer (which is obvious once you think about it). That means all you are saving with the thicker layers is peel time. Not insignificant, but not as much as I thought.
Off to print Yoda at 0.05mm...
