SL1 - First daily print fails with platform sized film attached to model

Have had 6 months of SL1 print successes. Just recently first print of the day (sometimes second also) fails with the model missing random detail + model has a thin resin tag the size of the platform. The missing detail is always a curved void, see top left corner

Subsequent print delivers perfect result, as below

Is this a faulty LCD panel that doesn't function correctly at first?

Have calibrated printer numerous times, makes no difference

Hoping for some help!!

RE: SL1 - First daily print fails with platform sized film attached to model

The missing of a random detail could be that your LCD is going, but the "tag" is weird.

Based on the prints I'm guessing you are a dentist (or in a related profession), can we then assume that the SL1 is at the office? If so, is it getting cold in the office at night now? If so LCDs can be slow to respond until they warm up, maybe you are starting the print before it is warm enough.

Maybe try a LCD test ( https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/print-doesnt-appear-resin-does-not-solidify_1799#faulty-print-display-or-uv-led-panel) first thing to see what that shows you. If that doesn't look right, give the printer time to warm up and try again to see if it looks any better.
