sl1 files sent to the SL1 via PrusaSlicer show as successfully printed but do not appear in internal memory

This issue is a recent development. Previous sl1 files were sent to the printer and started on the printer perfectly. However, recently uploaded files show as successfully transferred but do not show up in the list of files when you select "print".
Things I have tried/checked:
-Connection to the printer via "Print host upload API Key / Password: " works. ie it found the printer correctly, and Test succeeded.
-Delete custom SL1 printer profile and create a new one, to redo the Print Host upload from scratch
-Remove the USB stick from the printer and reupload
-Restart the SL1.
I'm printing from the USB right now, so I cannot show the print selection screen, but will do so tomorrow when the print is finished. It shows old files that were uploaded, and the files of the USB, but nothing recently uploaded.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I just had a file randomly be found on the SL1 after it was sent. It didn't work, as before, for the last 5 prints, but now for the latest print it worked somehow.
The troubleshooting continues.

It has not worked again, an attempt was performed each day since.

I forgot to mention, I performed a factory reset before my latest print and tried again to send the file over network and print from printer, to no avail. This should be captured in the log file in the previous comment.
