Should the cantilever move during a print?

I'm a brand new SL1 user and have a simple question for the experienced SL1 users out there.

After calibration my build plate aligns horizontally with the FEP film & resin tank but shortly after a print starts the build platform tilts a couple of mm either left/right or front/back such that the build surface no longer aligns with the bottom of the resin tank despite the cantilever clamp screw being tight.

My early experience with the SL1 has been rocky as the majority of my prints fail. I am wondering if its because the build plate falls out of alignment with the resin tank.

My basic question is should the cantilever be able to move during a print or must it be rock solid?

The platform should not move at all once properly secured.

You're not holding it right (Bonus points if you can tell me who I'm quoting!)

You simply can't apply enough torque to the calibration bolt when you use the short lever. You have to turn around your hex key, so you're using the long lever. This way you will get an extra half turn when tightening that bolt, and magically your problem goes away.

Right way

After three months I gave up and asked support. They told me to tighten that bolt harder. Didn't believe them until I tried it and now all my prints are square! Also, I print directly on the print bed which saves time and resin.
