2 Questions: Why do I have to use always the slow-speed an printing problems with a new FEP-sheet

Hello !

I have in generall 2 questions:

1.) I have my SL1S some time now and learned to always use the "slow-speed" because using the standard speed increases the probabilty of printing-errors tremendously. With this the printer works fine from me, but is a bit annoying because prusa advertises it with its speed, and in reality you can use it only with "half-speed" properly. Also can I set this print speed already as default in the slicer-programm, if yes, where ?

2.) Recently I used a new FEP-sheet, printed something which I have printed in the past without errors (several smaller objects on the built-plate) but then on all of them the supports failed and all the objects sticked to the foil. You could clearly see they were all ripped from their supports because they sticked too much on the sheet. Are new FEP-sheets "stickier" than used ones? I also removed it to check if I have forgotten to remove the thin protcetion-foil, but nope: all is fine, it was built in correctly.

3.), But I have seen that question was also asked here some months ago: There is now way to pause the print mid-print and raise the plattform to check if the print is ok, or is it? Because with other printers you can do that, and I strongly recommend prusa to add such a function also to the Sl1S - would be very useful.
