I am super excited to see Prusa get into the SLA market! As soon as they offer a model with a larger bed at least near the size of the Formlabs, I will definitely be purchasing one to stay with Prusa.

Well, a week has passed since I placed my order and on reflection I have decided the SL1 is not for me. The not insignificant cost of the printer and the washer, the limited build volume, the chemical odours - too many negatives for me. I cancelled the order earlier and requested a refund.
I may be wrong about the SL1 and still may end up ordering one later when they are available, but for now I'm out.

Are the firmware and slic3r ready for SL1? Do we need to wait for software/firmware just like what happened to MK2.5-MMU2.0?
I want to get one but I hope no more avoidable delays.
