SL1 USB Port Problem
After assembling our SL1, I wanted to install the firmware update as described in the manual. But the included USB stick (ADATA, 16MB, FAT32) is only recognized at the USB port of the PC. It is NOT recognized at the USB port of the SL1. An access to the USB port is not possible. The same behavior is also seen with other USB sticks
-> I can not execute a firmware update.
-> I cannot print any self-created files.
The USB port seems to be defective.
Can someone give me a hint on how to proceed?
RE: SL1 USB Port Problem
Remove the front cover and check the connection of the port to the board.
RE: SL1 USB Port Problem
I've already done this. I checked (optical) cable, socket, connector. Everything looks fine. But it out of function.
RE: SL1 USB Port Problem
Sound like you have a broken wire. Contact the support to get a replacement. Fastest way is the chat on the shop page.
RE: SL1 USB Port Problem
