Pad angled on test prints.

The print quality of the main object is good, but pad is angled and thicker at one end than the other.

I have rerun calibration a few times. What to I need to tune to remove this effect?

I have

might want to try re-leveling the vat.

I have narrowed down the issue, but still need some help.

The platform is square to the lead screw after calibration and the block knob and platform screw are both tight, but after trying this print (I have not tried others yet) I find the platform significantly out of square (higher to the front of the machine). I have duplicated this twice.

Any ideas?

Maybe check that the FEP film is properly secured?  In another thread someone was having an issue because one screw was not set all the way.

Apparently I was not tightening the screw on on the pad enough. Seems fine when I tighten extra hard

I had the same problem and didn't understand the answer so here is my somewhat detailed solution. I hope it helps someone.

I first thought that the VAT-tank was tilted due to a faulty tilting mechanism, but I measured the distances and everything was perfectly perpendicular. I then noticed that my build plate was tilted. I repeated the mounting of the eccentric and recalibrated the machine. During the first calibration I used a screwdriver-type allen wrench which doesn't have a lot of torque. This time I really carefully tightend the screw in the cantilever with the short part of an allen wrench and low and behold the problem was fixed. Since then, no problems.

I agree with you for the tightening of the plate. I think the version with two screws is more effective for tightening.

It's unfortunate that Prusa now uses a version with a single screw

I had such a problem, but I tried everything written here and it did not help me ... In general, replacing the printer helped. I didn’t have the nerves and patience.
