RE: HELP PLEASEEE
I think I can help you, but not with your printing problem.
You are getting no responses because the thread title is effectively meaningless, almost all the threads in the troubleshooting sections are asking for help, it's a given. Experienced printers willing to help scan the thread titles looking for subjects within their area of expertise or interest, yes, experienced users learn new wrinkles from each other by reading diagnoses and fixes to other's problems too.
Your thread title does not attempt to describe the problem.
Repost your picture under a title like "support residues stuck to the fep" and you might get a useful response.
Cheerio,
RE: HELP PLEASEEE
@erdil I found that sometimes the model and its orientation is the problem. Does this happen with every model you try to print? Maybe the supports are not strong enough to separate the model from the FEP and it stays stuck. That the residue you see on the FEP. Maybe change its orientation or add a more supports to the base. My advice is try to print the calibration models that came with the printer. If you can print those correctly, since they dont need supports, then the problem is with your sliced model. If not then you have to look into the calibration again.
RE: HELP PLEASEEE
Another thing that would cause my prints to fail was when the tank would leak enough to get resin onto the LCD.
How much printing have you done? It could also be that certain areas of the FEP have been damaged to where they are not transmitting light effectively. Maybe try placing the failing print in a different area of the platform and see if there is a difference.
It looks like you are using the Prusa orange resin so I assume that you are using that resin profile, but in tuning my Elegoo Water Washable profile I found my supports failed more often at higher exposure times. After dropping another 1s of the layer time I've found my supports are working much better (both in holding and in their removal).
