Y axis igus bearing noise
Recently upgraded my MK3S+ to an MK3.5
All went great, added High Flow Revo However, I've noticed either a slight grinding/rubbing/squeaking sound from the Y-Axis when it's making smaller movements quickly
I am running IGUS Polymer Bearings on Y and X but not on Z, also have the matching Carbon rods
Tried new bearings, and many different bearing holders but all seem to be vibration-based noises
Does anyone have a good fix for the Y-Axis bearings holders? I could get some regular bearings and go back but feel like that's a step in the other direction and would be noisier
Every time I think I've fixed it with a new printed bearing holder, run tests and used Octo to move the bed all sounds fine but the moment it prints that's when the noise comes in
Happy to get a video of it if the sound is captured on it enough
Does anyone have any ideas, please?
