X-axis won't home

I just finished upgrading to 3.5 and now the X axis won't home . This is not my video, but is doing the exact same thing.

I have checked the tension on my belt, I have lubricated the rods and bearings, and I have checked to make sure the nylon filament is not in the channel with the belt. What else can I try? Frustration very high over here.
