Printer won't show on Prusa Connect - it did...

A few months ago I upgraded my Mk3S+ to a MK3.5 and found out about Prusa Connect and set it up right away. It worked and I tested it - no problem. But for many reasons I stayed with OctoPrint. (With the OP plugins, I had some functionality that PC doesn't have.) I just finished installing the MMU3 on my printer and found that the Prusa MMU plugin on OP is not working. (There's a thread on that here, somewhere, with a link to a bug report and discussion - that plugin has not been working for a while now due to some kind of communication error.) So I can no longer use OP until that's fixed.

One side note: My printer is plugged in to my LAN with an Ethernet cable. I've checked on my DHCP server for my LAN and it shows the connection to my printer is live and has an IP address. (Interestingly, it sees the printer hostname as an MK4, not a 3.5.)

I had a late night trying to get everything working and, when I found I couldn't use OP, I went to PC again. My printer was on and I disconnected OP, in case that would create a conflict. Still, the printer was showing as OFFLINE on PC. I restarted the printer, just in case. Still offline. I haven't even used or fiddled with any settings for PC since I first got it working and decided to stick with OP. Here's a log on the PC Dashboard from late last night:

I was working on the printer, so I was rebooting it multiple times and turning it off when I moved it or opened up the cover to check connectors, so it seems right that it was on and off (or busy and idle). When I finally pulled up the PC website, it was after 3:00 AM and no activity or state changes showed at that point, even when I rebooted or reset the printer. It stayed offline.

I depend on remote printer management, since my printer is in my workshop, in our barn, and I do a lot of my work in my study, in the house. Quite often I have prints taking 5 hours or more and finish them before going to bed, so I frequently upload those test prints and have them print overnight - without having to go out to the barn and back to start a print.

What do I need to look at or check that could be keeping the printer from showing up online?

Bad CAT5 cable. The printer still showed up on the DHCP server, but the lease had not expired. Tried later to ping it and saw no response, so I checked on the connection. My best guess is that last night, while I was working on the printer, and moving it around, it pulled or broke one of the wires on the home-made CAT5 cable and that's when it went bad.
